Welcome to DNAProbeLocator: a web-based display for the mapping of DNA array probes onto the human full-length cDNAs of H-InvDB

By querying with a probe identifier, DNAProbeLocator can provide the intuitive display of the probe mapping information along with the exon structure of the corresponding transcript(s) in the current human genome version (build 35) and the annotation of the gene validated by full-length clones stored in H-Invitational database (H-InvDB).
